Welcome to Gadzi, powered by UNDERGROUND STORE ("Gadzi", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, products, and related services.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To access certain features of the Gadzi platform or place orders, you may need to register an account using your mobile number and email.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTPs.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to make purchases.

2. Products & Catalog Information

We make every reasonable effort to display accurate specifications, prices, images, and descriptions for all electronics, mobile accessories, and tech items listed on our platform.

• Product visuals are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color tone or packaging may occur due to manufacturer updates.
• We reserve the right to limit the sales quantities of any products or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.
• All product listings and offers are subject to stock availability.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless specified otherwise.

• Payment must be authorized at the time of order placement via our supported secure payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets) or selected COD where applicable.
• We reserve the right to correct any inadvertent pricing or typographical errors. In such cases, we will inform you and provide the option to reconfirm or cancel the order.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Tracking

We provide pan-India delivery through reputed logistics partners.

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are subject to location accessibility, courier operations, and external factors.
• Real-time shipment tracking will be made accessible via the Gadzi mobile app once your package is dispatched.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery of the package to the address specified in your order.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your tech gadgets.

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must report it within the specified return window (typically 7 days from delivery).
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, along with all accessories, cables, user manuals, and warranty cards.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Gadzi platform - including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, icons, software, and visual designs - is the intellectual property of Gadzi or its respective licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gadzi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our platform or purchased products.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
